Join us for a discussion of how Utica came to have 5 neighborhoods and parks and a parkway system over 70% the size of Central Park all designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr., and his renowned firm, Olmsted Brothers. Covering at least a tenth of Utica’s “footprint,” the Olmsted contribution to our landscape helps to underpin our contention that Utica is an “Olmsted City.”
